Position Overview
The Junior Content Creator supports the creative team in producing engaging digital content for marketing campaigns and social media platforms. This role focuses on short-form video creation, trend-based content, and visual design for digital channels.
The Junior Content Creator will assist with filming, editing, and producing content primarily using CapCut and Canva social media editing platforms. These will be both on mobile and desktop versions
Key Responsibilities
- Film short-form marketing and social media content at various locations using an iPhone.
- Edit videos and social media content using CapCut desktop and mobile editing tools.
- Create simple marketing graphics and layouts using Canva.
- Identify and recreate relevant social media trends for brand content.
- Assist the team with planning and producing social media content.
- Support content shoots by helping with setup, filming, and general production tasks.
- Edit and prepare content quickly for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok
- Deliver fast-turnaround edits directly from an iPhone when required.
- Assist with basic post-production tasks including trimming clips, adding captions, and formatting videos for different platforms.
- Support with DJI mics, lighting set up and assisting generating drone footage
Skills and Requirements
- Comfortable filming and editing content on an iPhone.
- Familiarity with video editing tools such as CapCut.
- Basic design skills using Canva.
- Strong interest in social media trends and digital content creation.
- Ability to identify trending formats and adapt them for marketing content.
- Willingness to learn commercial content production processes.
Experience
- This role may suit junior creatives, students, or individuals currently studying design, marketing, or media.
- No formal industry experience is required.
- Demonstrated personal content creation or creative projects are highly valued.
